If the product received is damaged on arrival, you can request for a replacement or refund.
If your purchase is eligible for a refund, please return it to us in its original packaging along with the receipt. The packaging should be in its original condition and securely packaged as it was received.
Please note that products damaged by the customer are not eligible for exchange. We are not liable for any items lost during the return shipment process. Once we have received and verified the returned products, customers can expect to receive a refund or replacement within 5 to 7 working days.
Refunds are returned to the payment method used to make the original purchase.
